So many times as students we face a lot decision making situations where and most of the times it is in following what the crowd does. But Jesus made alot of decisions based on love. And at the cost of love, there were a lot of other factors to consider. He made a few oxymoron statements, which is why how he lived has stood out as an exemplary life for us all his disciples to emulate.
"For the son of man did not come to serve, but serve as a give his life as a ransom for many"
"Give thanks in all circumstances"
"love your enemies"
"Be as shrewd as a serpent, and innocent as a dove".. etc
And there is also 1 in particular that he made clear with our lips there shouldn't be any oxymorons.. In James 3: 9 laments
" With the tongue we praise our Lord and father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God's likeness. Out of the same mouth comes praise and cursing,. My brothers this should not be."
So Dongs, I have nothing in partcular to post about, thats why hope this enlightens ur day. Continue to grow in him because it is crucial that we know Him, not merely about Him. So as we grow, we know who we are, in Him. =)
